1) What is this, that Flows through all that is? Life Force. Breath of Life. Great Spirit. Life of All Worlds. Invisible yet so tangible. The Connective tissue of all Creation. Olam Chesed yibaneh - The space-time continuum is bound together with Love.
2) Kindness and sincerity. This is my daily yearning, goal, prayer. Let these two things be the Foundation upon which I stand each day.
