Omer Day 33 הוד שבהוד Hod SheBeHod (aka Lag BaOmer)

Wow! Receptivity. Spaciousness. Humility. Gratitude. Peak within Peak. Gratitude. Humility. Spaciousness. Receptivity. Wow!

What do you need most today? As we approached the new day, and I reflected what was coming - Hod SheBeHod - I thought, "I could sure use some Spaciousness!" This evidenced by the fact that I did not write here for the 32nd Day. There was no way my literally dog-tired body would stay up any later last night, and my day today was filled with dog walks, class, time with my kiddo, time-sensitive work that someone is actually paying me to do...

As with any mindfulness practice, these days offer us both the chance to view the circumstances of our days through a more focused lens, and the chance to discover what it is we need. Lag BaOmer is a celebration day - a major Peak experience for some, complete with bonfires! Do you need a celebration? Can you celebrate whatever it is you find that you need from this day?
